Industrial painting plays a key role in the protection and finishing of semi-finished metal products. In our workshop we perform high-quality painting using advanced technologies such as airless, airmix and solvent-based liquid pumps, ensuring uniform coverage and strong resistance to external agents./p>

Using an automatic mixing system between paint and hardener, the process ensures the correct ratio of compounds A and B according to the technical specifications of the paint. During processing, we perform rigorous controls on the thickness of the paint, both during application and after completed drying, to ensure an optimal and long-lasting result. We have an extensive catalog of ready-to-use products and are able to execute a ready supply of special paints in case of specific requests from our customers.

Special paints for specific needs

We use epoxy, acrylic and polyurethane paints, which are ideal for ensuring durability and strength in various industries. For special applications, we employ special high-performance paints:

• Ceramic-based paints, with salt spray resistance of up to 500 hours, perfect for machine tool bases used in glass and marble processing.
• Silicone paints, capable of withstanding temperatures between 250°C and 500°C, ideal for components subject to high thermal stress, such as calenders.
